“Working” – The Musical – NOW ON SALE

POSTER working v3 FINALE A3

Backstreet Theatre Company are thrilled to announce that our next production “Working” is now on sale.

Working is a down-to-earth yet elevating musical that features songs that are based on real interviews. In the musical, twenty-six workers, including a corporate executive, schoolteacher, UPS man, housewife, fireman, waitress, millworker, truck driver etc., sing and talk about their jobs, defining not only their daily round, but their hopes and aspirations as well. Based on the best-selling book of interviews with American workers by Studs Terkel, Working explores the American workday from the Monday morning blues to a working person’s pride in having “something to point to.”
All Tickets £12 – available on line http://www.positickets.co.uk or via the theatre box office on 01543 578762.

This production will be performed at The Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock, Ws11 1DE

21st-23rd April 2016 – all tickets priced at £12
